随着我国建筑行业的不断发展和房地产市场的不断升温,建筑产业收到了社会各界非常大的关注。国内的民用建筑领域虽然已经基本满足广大群众的需求,但是其现存的问题还是比较多,例如为了加快工期而压缩设计时间、施工时间,降低成本而寻求地产开发商的利益最大化、各个设计部门缺乏应有的沟通和协作等,这一系列问题也在很大程度上对民用建筑的发展起到了限制作用。为了改善这一现象,笔者在本文中总结了我国民用建筑施工图设计中的一些常见问题,并且针对其提出了相应的解决方案。
