目的通过对收尘器项目职业病危害因素的分析与评价,提出控制措施。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料。结果工人个体接触及工作地点砂轮磨尘、电焊烟尘、锰及其无机化合物、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度均不超标,结构车间的打磨工和金工车间的下料工接触噪声强度超标,分别为95.6、90.4 d B(A);职业病危害作业人员均未检出职业病病人。结论采取噪声控制措施,工人佩戴耳塞,注意听力保护,从职业卫生学角度分析,该建设项目可行。
Objective Through the analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards in the dust collector project, the paper puts forward control measures. Methods Occupational health surveys, occupational disease risk factors testing, occupational health checks and other methods to collect data and information. Results Individual workers contact and work place grinding wheel dust, welding fumes, manganese and its inorganic compounds, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, benzene, toluene, xylene concentrations are not exceeded, the grinding of the structural workshop and the workshop under the metal Material workers exposed to noise intensity exceeded 95.6,90.4 d B (A) respectively; occupational hazards workers were not detected occupational disease patients. Conclusion To adopt noise control measures, workers wear earplugs, pay attention to hearing protection, from the point of view of occupational hygiene, the construction project is feasible.
