食品安全关涉到每个人的身体健康与幸福生活,也是社会稳定、国家发展的前提与保障。近年来,我国食品安全事件频发,引发公众对食品安全的担忧甚至恐慌。2008年“三聚氰胺”三鹿奶粉事件催生了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》(2009年公布实施),其实施条例和相关配套制度也很快得到出台。虽然这些新颁布的食品安全法增强了食品安全监管的法律责任,但从这些法律法规实施对改变食品安全的现状见效甚微,我国食品安全问题
Food safety is related to everyone’s good health and happy life. It is also the precondition and guarantee of social stability and national development. In recent years, frequent food safety incidents in our country have triggered public worries about food safety and even panic. In 2008, the incident of “melamine” and “Sanlu milk powder” spawned the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” (promulgated in 2009), and its implementing regulations and related supporting systems were also promulgated soon. Although these newly promulgated Food Safety Laws have strengthened the legal responsibility of food safety regulation, the implementation of these laws and regulations has little effect on changing the status quo of food safety. Our country’s food safety issues
