独立学院是一个新生事物。独立学院如何持续健康地发展,是时代赋予高校管理者新的研究课题。笔者认为,独立学院实现可持续发展,必需要有符合自己的办学定位,必须将教育质量视为可持续发展的生命线。同时, 要积极探索党的建设与师生员工管理的新途径、好方法。本文想通过“三个统一”来说明这一问题。
Independent college is a new thing. How independent colleges develop in a sustained and healthy manner is a new research issue that is given to college administrators by the times. The author believes that to achieve sustainable development, an independent college must have its own positioning for running a school and must regard the quality of education as the lifeline for sustainable development. At the same time, we should actively explore new ways and good methods for the party building and staff and faculty management. This article wants to illustrate this issue through “three unifications.”
