主持人:前几年.车辆何时交付到经销商手上,经销商何时把车卖给用户.卖到哪里?这些对于重卡企业而言基本上都是一笔糊涂账。有的经销商跨区域卖车.有的经销商拿到车款以后不及时给企业打款.有的服务站乱报服务费,这对于重卡市场的规范和重卡企业的发展都非常不利。随着重卡企业的规模越来越大,不少重卡企业开始重视对车辆的出库监控。在去年底陕汽“09年商务大会”上.陕汽明确表示会在今年尝试新的订单管理系统。又有消息称.重汽、东风在前几年也有过类似项目。那么.重卡企业的订单管理如何实现呢?
