毛囊干细胞(FSC)具有慢增殖特性和多向分化潜能,维持着毛囊的变化和稳定以及皮肤创伤后的修复。FSC增殖分化机制的研究为毛发再生、皮肤疾病的治疗提供了新的途径。目前已知Wnt信号通路在调控FSC增殖分化中发挥着重要作用,而且不同的Wnt蛋白表现出不同的调控作用。现就Wnt信号通路对FSC的调控及不同Wnt蛋白的不同作用予以综述。
Hair follicle stem cells (FSC) have the characteristics of slow proliferation and multi-directional differentiation, and maintain the changes and stability of hair follicles and the repair of skin wounds. The research of the mechanism of proliferation and differentiation of FSC provides a new way for the treatment of hair regeneration and skin diseases. It is known that Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of FSC, and different Wnt proteins show different regulation. The Wnt signaling pathway on the regulation of FSC and the different roles of different Wnt proteins are reviewed.
