在当前的社会生活中,我国处于经济快速发展时期,社会经历着深刻的改革,人们的意识形态等各个方面受到多种影响,社会生活发生着巨大的变化各种利益主体之间的矛盾开始凸显甚至是加剧发展,这也引发了各种群体性事件的发生。近年来,各种群体性事件呈现出高发的态势,对社会造成巨大的影响,也给群众的生活带来各种冲击,影响着我国社会的和谐和稳定,引起了社会各界的关注和重视。对于公安机关而言,对待该问题更应该保持着一种清醒的认识,从群体性事件的特征、原因、法律法规等多个角度去进行探讨,这对于执法过程有巨大的实际性帮助和意义。因此,本文将从公安机关执法的角度,结合当前社会热点群体性事件进行案例分析,从法律层面尝试性探究群体性事件,并有针对地作出相应的对策和建议。

In recent years, all kinds of mass incidents have witnessed a high incidence, exerting a tremendous impact on the society and bringing various impacts on the masses’ lives, affecting the harmony and stability of our society and arousing the attention and attention of all circles in the community. For the public security organ, it is more necessary to treat the issue with a clear understanding from the perspectives of the characteristics, causes and laws and regulations of mass incidents, which is of great practical help and significance for the law enforcement process . Therefore, from the point of view of law enforcement of public security organs, combined with the current social hot-spot mass incidents, this article analyzes the case-by-case, tentatively investigates mass incidents from the legal aspect and makes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
