随着体育运动的发展,人们对田径项目越来越重视。如今田径运动也对学生提出了更高要求,其中学生的心理素质更是被视为运动学成功与否的关键要素。中学阶段是学生身心全面发展的大好阶段,为加强体育训练的效果,积极将心理学运用到初中田径教学与训练中,可大大改善教学质量。本文主要对田径教学与训练中初中生的心理进行分析,在此基础上提出将心理学贯穿初中田径教学与训练中的一些可行举措。
With the development of sports, people pay more and more attention to track and field events. Today’s track and field sports also put forward higher requirements for students, in which the psychological quality of students is regarded as the key factor of kinematic success or not. The secondary school stage is a good stage for the students to develop in an all-round way. In order to strengthen the effect of sports training and actively apply the psychology to track and field teaching and training in junior high schools, the quality of teaching can be greatly improved. This paper analyzes the psychology of junior high school students in track and field teaching and training, and puts forward some feasible measures to run psychology through track and field teaching and training in junior middle schools.
