本文分别研究了以L形和T形放电-吸收管进行锰的MIP-AAS测定的情况。考察了微波前向功率、载气流量、溶液酸度等因素对锰吸收信号的影响。并观察到钙等元素对锰的吸收信号有明显的增强作用。本法对锰的特征浓度为26ng/mL(L形管)、5ng/mL(T形管),实际样品分析结果令人满意。
In this paper, the MIP-AAS determination of manganese by L-shaped and T-shaped discharge-absorber tubes has been studied respectively. The effects of forward power of microwave, carrier gas flow, solution acidity and other factors on manganese absorption signal were investigated. And observed that calcium and other elements of the manganese absorption signal has a significant enhancement. The method of manganese concentration of 26ng / mL (L-shaped tube), 5ng / mL (T-shaped tube), the actual sample analysis results are satisfactory.
