随着化学课程改革的深入,学困生的转化凸显其重要性。教师要认真分析“学困生”形成的原因,端正自己的教育思想,注重情感教育,才能有针对性地做好学困生的转化工作,使其向优秀生方向发展。
With the deepening of chemical curriculum reform, the transformation of undergraduate students highlights its importance. Teachers should carefully analyze the reasons for the formation of “students with learning difficulties”, correct their own educational thoughts and pay attention to emotional education so that they can do a good job in transforming the students with learning difficulties so that they can develop toward excellent students.
