言语交际能力是一个人生存的必要条件之一,而伴随着医疗事业的不断进步,人们对护士的要求也不断提高。作为90后的高职护理学生,要想今后在社会立于不败之地,就必须拥有良好的言语交际能力,然而由于家庭教养、社会经历等因素的影响,导致他们在实际交际中存在一定的困惑,如何提高90后高职护理学生的言语交际能力成为炙手可热的话题。本文就90后高职护理学生的心理特点和思想特点进行分析,初步探索他们在交际中存在的问题,进而提出提高他们言语交际能力的培养方法。
Speech communicative competence is one of the necessary conditions for the survival of a person. With the continuous advancement of medical work, people’s demands for nurses have also been continuously raised. As post-90 vocational nursing students, in order to succeed in the community in the future, they must have good verbal communication skills, however, due to family rearing, social experience and other factors, leading to their existence in the actual communication How to improve the communicative competence of post-90s nursing students become a hot topic. This article analyzes the psychological characteristics and ideological characteristics of 90 post-vocational nursing students, initially explores their problems in communication, and then proposes ways to improve their communicative competence.
