随着人民生活水平和对生活质量要求的提高,在供热发展领域,集中供热因其节能和环保日渐成为北方居民供热发展的主要趋势。本文是基于某小区回迁改造时对小区实施集中供暖,采用可编程逻辑控制器、变频器、触摸屏、调节阀,实现恒温恒压控制系统。其设计主要原理是基于PLC和HMI的控制方案以及具有PID调节功能的换热站控制系统,有效控制调节阀开度及实现循环泵和补水泵的变频控制从而达到节约能源的目的。
With the improvement of people’s living standard and quality of life requirements, in the area of heating development, central heating has increasingly become the main trend of heating for northern residents because of its energy conservation and environmental protection. This article is based on a community relocation transformation of the district to implement central heating, the use of programmable logic controller, inverter, touch screen, regulating valve, temperature and pressure control system. The main principle of its design is based on PLC and HMI control programs and heat transfer station control system with PID adjustment function, and effective control of the opening of the control valve and pump circulating pump and variable frequency control to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
