对象为16例健康成人,经胸二维超声心动图显示胸骨旁主动脉根部短轴切面。彩色多普勒超声探测的脉冲重复频率为450~2000Hz,壁滤过频率为50~200Hz。15支(15/16)右冠状动脉开口和12支(12/16)左冠状动脉开口得以显示,成功率为84%。15支(15/16)右冠状动脉开口和13支(13/16)左冠状动脉开口可见彩色血流信号,检出率为88%。在距开口18~2mm的范围内,流速为1.2~16cm/s。经胸彩色多普勒超声可以显示冠状动脉开口近端的汇流区,至于定量测定舒张期瞬时流速的价值有待确定。
The subjects were 16 healthy adults. The transthoracic two-dimensional echocardiography showed the short axis of the parasternal aorta. The pulse repetition frequency of color Doppler ultrasound detection is 450 ~ 2000Hz, wall filtration frequency is 50 ~ 200Hz. Fifteen (15/16) right coronary ostia and 12 (12/16) left coronary ostia were shown with a success rate of 84%. Color flow signals were observed in 15 (15/16) right coronary arteries and 13 (13/16) left coronary arteries. The detection rate was 88%. In the range of 18-2 mm from the opening, the flow rate was 1.2-16 cm / s. Transthoracic color Doppler ultrasound can show the confluence of proximal coronary ostia, and the quantitative value of the diastolic transient flow rate remains to be determined.
