将飞行学员的心理状态分为私照阶段和单发商照及机长训练阶段,并从这两个阶段探讨了飞行教学机组的情绪管理问题。指出,在飞行教学过程中,应针对不同阶段不同性格的学员分别采取不同的驾驶舱情绪管理方法来调节安全梯度,从而实施安全教学。了解学员的心理特征并且采取相应的情绪管理,会使飞行教学收到事半功倍的效果。
The flight participants’ mental state is divided into the private license phase, the solo business license and the captain training phase, and from these two phases, the flight management crew’s emotional management is discussed. It is pointed out that in the flight teaching process, different cockpit emotion management methods should be adopted for different trainees at different stages to adjust the safety gradient so as to implement safety teaching. To understand the psychological characteristics of students and take the appropriate emotional management, will make flight teaching receive a multiplier effect.
