目的:探讨尿微量蛋白及补体水平在系统性红斑狼疮早期肾病变诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2013年11月-2016年11月来院的120例系统性红斑狼疮早期肾病变患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组为正常组,观察组为系统性红斑狼疮早期肾病变患者组,对比两组尿微量白蛋白、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白、补体C4的水平。结果:观察组中尿微量白蛋白占90.0%、转铁蛋白占50.0%、免疫球蛋白占25.0%、补体C4下降的占90.0%,较对照组高,两组差异显示出统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组中尿微量白蛋白、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白的平均检测值较对照组高、补体C4的平均检测值较对照组低,两组差异显示出统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮早期肾病变患者的尿微量蛋白及补体水平,具有可靠的临床意义,可以作为临床指标反映患者的病情,尿微量蛋白的指标升高,补体水平下降,是临床用于判断系统性红斑狼疮早期肾病变的重要选择,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of urinary microalbumin and complement levels in the diagnosis of early renal lesions in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: A total of 120 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus early nephropathy who were hospitalized from November 2013 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was normal group. The observation group was treated with early nephropathy of systemic lupus erythematosus Group, comparing two groups of urinary albumin, transferrin, immunoglobulin, complement C4 levels. Results: The urinary microalbumin in the observation group accounted for 90.0%, transferrin accounted for 50.0%, immunoglobulin accounted for 25.0%, complement C4 decreased 90.0%, higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups showed statistical significance ( P <0.05). The mean urinary albumin, transferrin, and immunoglobulin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The mean value of complement C4 was lower in the observation group than in the control group. The differences between the two groups showed statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions: Urine microalbumin and complement levels in patients with early stage renal disease of systemic lupus erythematosus have reliable clinical significance, which can be used as a clinical indicator to reflect the patient’s condition. The indexes of urinary microalbuminum are increased and the level of complement is decreased. It is clinically used to judge Systemic lupus erythematosus an important choice for early renal disease, it is worthy of clinical application.
