全区高等学校学报研究会第二届理事会于1991年10月8日至9日在呼和浩特内蒙古大学召开。来自全区20所高校推举产生的28名理事参加了会议。会议的主要议题是换届,讨论研究会今后工作的安排。会议开的很好,圆满地完成了预定的任务,它对于全区各高校学报的建设、办刊方向及不断提高学报质量,必将产生积极影响。第一届理事会理事长冯志同志做了第一届理事会的总结报告。冯志同志在报告中指出:研究会从1988年9月28日成立以来的三年里,做了不少的工作,取得了较好的成绩,为我区
The second session of the Jurisprudence Research Society of the district was held at the Inner Mongolia University in Hohhot from October 8 to October 9, 1991. Twenty-eight members elected from 20 colleges and universities in the region participated in the conference. The main topic of the meeting is to change the general assembly to discuss the organization of future work arrangements. The meeting opened very well and satisfactorily completed the scheduled task. It is bound to have a positive impact on the construction and operation of journals of various colleges and universities and the continuous improvement of the quality of journals. Comrade Feng Zhi, chairman of the first council made a summary report of the first council.
