根据中小企业本身的问题和国家近年来的政策变化,我们知道财务管理的存在可以使中小企业更好更快的合理化发展。然而,对于财务管理这方面的运用,大多的中小企业都存在许多问题需要改进。财务管理在中小企业中主要存在着资金严重不足、财务核算制度不健全、筹资渠道窄、管理模式陈旧、管理人员素质不高导致的经营者财务管理意识淡薄等。为了能够使中小企业更好更快的发展,我们应该改变以往的理念,加强对财务管理的重视,解决财务管理出现的各种问题,将财务管理的作用发挥到极致。
According to the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises themselves and the policy changes of our country in recent years, we know that the existence of financial management can make SMEs be better and faster and more rationalized. However, for the application of financial management, most SMEs have many problems that need improvement. Financial management in SMEs mainly exists serious lack of funds, financial accounting system is not perfect, narrow funding channels, obsolete management mode, the quality of managers is not high leading to the weak awareness of financial management operators. In order to enable SMEs to develop better and faster, we should change the previous concepts, strengthen the emphasis on financial management, solve various problems in financial management and maximize the role of financial management.
