本文介绍了水电解氢氧焊割机的开发和氢氧焰使用的现状。并通过对比得出:利用水电解产生的氢氧气体作为火焰加工用燃气,其加工时耗气成本仅为氧乙炔焰的10%左右。除了可完全替代乙炔、液化石油气等燃气外,尚可节约氧气约10~15%。电解产气过程耗电量与使用乙炔相比,可节约熔炼乙炔所需电能的40%。因此开发应用水电解氢氧气的经济效益是十分可观的。
This article describes the development of water electrolysis hydrogen and oxygen welding machine and the status of the use of oxyhydrogen flame. And through the comparison, we can draw that: the use of hydrogen gas generated by electrolysis of water as flame processing gas, the gas cost of its processing is only about 10% of oxyacetylene flame. In addition to completely replace the acetylene, liquefied petroleum gas and other gas, it can save oxygen about 10 to 15%. Electrolysis gas production process compared with the use of acetylene, acetylene smelting can save 40% of the required energy. Therefore, the development and application of water electrolysis of hydrogen and oxygen economy is very substantial.
