最近,我厂在自制的两台专用设备上,学习外厂的经验,采用了一种由工人群众革新的手动转阀。这种手动转阀具有方向控制阀(主要是换向阀)与流量控制阀的作用。因而,它可以满足机床液压进给系统中快速前进、慢速工进和快速退回的需要。同时,根据自己的要求,在一定的范围内,可以实现无级调速,并使整个液压系统大为简化。从我厂在加工2V-6/8型空压机的连杆螺栓孔的两台专机上使用的效果来看,达到了换向可靠、进给平稳的要求。
