开发先进制造装备、提高现有制造装备的能力和利用率 ,是提高制造企业效益的有效措施之一。从可重组角度探讨了制造装备的组成部分和接口问题。讨论了加工中心和机器人的功能和结构的同异。阐述了压力配合插入装配作业的要求。为了保证作业质量、提高作业效率 ,针对插入装配特别是压力配合插入装配要求 ,阐述了可重组的机器人化加工中心和机器人化钻削 /装配机床的设计特点。介绍了两种可重组机器人化机床样机的建造 ;给出了部分试验结果
Developing advanced manufacturing equipment and increasing the capacity and utilization of existing manufacturing equipment is one of the effective measures to improve the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. From the reorganization point of view of the manufacturing equipment components and interface problems. Discuss the similarities and differences between the functions and structures of machining centers and robots. Describes the requirements of pressure fit and insert assembly work. In order to ensure the quality of work and improve the work efficiency, the design features of reconfigurable robotic machining centers and robotic drilling / assembly machine tools are introduced for the requirements of insert assembly, especially for press fit and insert assembly. The construction of two kinds of reconfigurable robotic machine prototypes is introduced. Some experimental results are given
