This article is written by Col.V. Kondahav, a colonel in the Soviet army. There is a very important revelation about the tremendous need for fascist countries to mobilize the rear industries in provoking the world wars. He pointed out that it is very difficult for the Fascist countries to maintain a stable rear when aggressing abroad. He thus proved that if all the democracies of the world can take collective economic sanctions, they can stop the war-madger of the fascist invaders. Not long ago, the New York Times correspondent in Czech pointed out that when Hitler’s army opened its doors to Austria, due to a lack of material resources, the organization was not perfect. Many German military officers admitted that "the necessary resources for petrol, grain and other wars are very scarce. The reporter said that the Czech army is the best one in Europe because the armies of the democracies enjoy one hundred percent of the people’s support and this should be the best reference in our war against the aggressors.
