中国建筑材料联合会向电监会反映建材企业特别是水泥企业余热发电并网、上网的问题及有关建议。电监会将开展相关调研工作并完善有关制度。目前,电监会与建材行业协会召开座谈会。会上,电监会与中国建筑材料联合会、中国水泥协会,就当前建材行业余热利用现状、余热发电并网许可、收费等问题进行交流。下一步,电监会将结合前期调研工作成果,出台关于水泥余热发电机组并网运营的监管意见,促进资源综合利用与节能减排工作。
China Building Materials Federation to the SERC reflect the building materials enterprises, especially cement companies waste heat power generation network and Internet access problems and related recommendations. SERC will carry out relevant research and improve the relevant system. Currently, SERC and building materials industry associations held a forum. At the meeting, SERC and China Building Materials Federation, China Cement Association, on the current waste heat utilization of building materials industry status, waste heat power generation permits and charges and other issues to be exchanged. Next, the SERC will combine the results of previous research work with the introduction of regulatory advice on grid-connected operation of cement waste heat power generation units to promote the comprehensive utilization of resources and energy conservation and emission reduction.
