目的 研究非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3基因蛋白的表达和意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP方法检测 6 4例NSCLC中p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3蛋白的表达。结果 p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3在NSCLC中的表达率分别为 42 2 %、6 5 6 %、5 3 1% ;p16蛋白阳性表达率与NSCLC的分化程度和患者术后生存期呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16、nm2 3蛋白阳性表达率与NSCLC淋巴结转移率呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16、CyclinD1、nm2 3三重异常表达与NSCLC患者术后生存期明显相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3蛋白异常表达可作为综合评估NSCLC预后的有效指标
Objective To study the expression and significance of p16, CyclinD1 and nm23 gene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p16, CyclinD1 and nm23 protein in 64 cases of NSCLC. Results The positive rates of p16, CyclinD1 and nm23 in NSCLC were 42.2%, 65.6% and 53.1% respectively. There was a positive correlation between the positive rate of p16 protein and the degree of NSCLC and the postoperative survival (P < The positive rate of p16 and nm23 protein was negatively correlated with the rate of lymph node metastasis in NSCLC (P <0.05). The triple abnormal expression of p16, CyclinD1 and nm23 was significantly associated with postoperative survival in patients with NSCLC (P < 0 0 5). Conclusion The abnormal expression of p16, CyclinD1 and nm23 proteins can be used as a valid index for evaluating the prognosis of NSCLC
