目的描述一种罕见的管状鼻临床症状,探索一次手术完成管状鼻修复的技术。方法观察4例同一类型管状鼻患者的临床症状。以内眦血管为蒂,将管状鼻下移至患侧鼻部,用以修复患侧的鼻缺损,一次手术完成。结果4例均一期完成鼻的修复,转移的管状鼻组织均100%成活。结论 以内眦动脉为蒂,将位于内眦部的管状鼻带蒂转移至鼻部,并一期重建正常外鼻形态是完全可以的。
Objective To describe a rare clinical symptom of tubular rhinoplasty and to explore the technique of performing a surgical repair of the tubular nasal cavity. Methods Four patients with the same type of tubular nasal symptoms were observed. With internal 眦 vascular pedicle, the tubular nasal movement to the affected side of the nose, to repair the affected side of the nasal defect, an operation is completed. Results In 4 cases, nasal repair was completed in one phase, and all the transferred tubular nasal tissues survived 100%. CONCLUSIONS: With the internal iliac artery pedicled, it is completely possible to transfer the tubular nasal banding pedicle located in the medial part to the nose and to reconstruct the normal external nasal form in one stage.
