目的探讨生物反馈结合盆底电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的治疗方案及疗效。方法28例压力性尿失禁患者随机进入前瞻性研究,应用生物反馈和盆底电刺激治疗仪进行治疗,制定适宜的治疗方案,随访观察治疗效果。结果28例患者,17例患者治疗后无漏尿,9例患者尿失禁程度减轻,2例患者认为无效。28例患者总满意率达86%。治疗后VLPP、MCC、Pdet.Qmax、MCP的增加显著高于治疗前,MFR、BC及SFL治疗前后无显著差异。结论生物反馈及盆底电刺激疗法能够有效治疗压力性尿失禁,同时应强调个体化的治疗原则及患者主动参与治疗。
Objective To investigate the treatment and efficacy of biofeedback combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. Methods Twenty-eight patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomized into a prospective study. Biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation were used to treat the patients. An appropriate treatment regimen was developed and the treatment effect was followed up. Results 28 patients, 17 patients without leakage after treatment, 9 patients with reduced urinary incontinence, two patients considered invalid. The total satisfaction rate of 28 patients was 86%. After treatment, the increases of VLPP, MCC, Pdet.Qmax and MCP were significantly higher than those before treatment, before MFR, BC and SFL treatment. Conclusions Biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation can effectively treat stress urinary incontinence. At the same time, individualized treatment principles and patients’ active participation should be emphasized.
