车鹏飞尝总结自己的作画心得,认为要在艺术上有所成就,当过三关:真、淡、静。所谓真,就是对艺术要一心相许,心无旁骛,倘若三心二意,必见异思迁,顾此失彼。所谓淡,就是对名利要淡然处之,不为所惑,毁誉由人,宠辱不惊。所谓静,则是在真、淡的基础上的升华,是一种化境,不可求得,乃是画家综合修养的集中体现。作画的最高层次,讲究个心平气和、浑然天成。细想来,岂止作画如此,车鹏飞的字也是如此。
