本刊今年1月号刊出《甜味剂阿斯巴甜是“癌糖”吗》和《在美国超市寻找代糖》系列文章后,引起许多读者的关注与热议,有关甜味剂的新闻报道也不断传来。3月19日,上海市质量技术监督局通过抽查发现,部分炒货食品及坚果制品质量不合格。该市质监局专家提醒消费者,选购炒货食品不要贪图口感重,味道过甜的产品可能使用了超量的甜味剂,过多食用对人体无益。本刊工作人员也走访了北京的一些超市,发现处处都有甜味剂的身影。那么,消费者在食用甜味食品时,该怎样确保安全呢?近日,《环境与生活》杂志记者采访了北京大学医学部免疫学系副主任、病原与免疫综合实验室主任王月丹博士。王月丹早已关注甜味剂对人体健康影响的课题,曾撰文建议国家禁用甜味剂家族中的甜蜜素。

Wang Yuedan has long been concerned about the impact of sweeteners on human health issues, had written articles suggest that the national banned sodium cyclamate in the sweetener family.
