检察机关司法办案场所既是保障办案公开透明、维护当事人权利的场所,也是规范执法行为、展示司法公正的场所,更是实现执法办案重心转移和执法办案方式转变的物质基础。~①衡量检察机关对法治价值的追求,不仅要看司法活动的结果,还要看办案的过程和每一个细节,这决定了检察机关的每一项执法办案工作都要严格遵循程序要求,而这种程序行为既要靠遵守执法工作规范来实现,又需要通过加强司法办案场所的建设加以保障。
