目的:观察复方沙棘籽油栓联合达克宁栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院自2008年1月—2013年1月收治的46例霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为实验组(23例)和对照组(23例),对照组予以达克宁栓治疗;实验组在对照组的基础上联合应用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗。结果:实验组总有效21例,占95.65%,对照组总有效19例,占82.60%。两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应:实验组3例出现局部刺激症状,有阴道微烧灼感,(1~2)天自行消退,对照组2例出现外阴皮肤瘙痒,无丘疹或局部发红,未给予特殊处理观察1天后消失,余无异常。结论:复方沙棘籽油栓联合达克宁栓用于治疗霉菌性阴道炎可有效改善临床症状,疗效可靠、安全性好,值得在基层医院推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository combined with dacron suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods: Forty-six patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases), and control group was treated with dacronide.
