目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定四逆散抗抑郁有效部位中甘草酸含量的方法。方法 选用YWG C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,10 μm) ,甲醇 - 0 2mol/L醋酸铵溶液 -冰醋酸 (6 7∶ 33∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm ,柱温 :室温 ,对甘草酸进行含量测定。结果 甘草酸进样量在0 10~ 0 5 0 μg与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9996 ,平均加样回收率为 10 1 71% ,RSD =1 73% (n =5 )。结论 本方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可作为四逆散抗抑郁有效部位质量控制的方法
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in the effective fraction of anti-depressant of Sini San. Methods The YWG C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used. Methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid (6 7∶33∶1) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Column temperature: Room temperature, content determination of glycyrrhizic acid. Results The calibration curve of glycyrrhizic acid was linear in the range of 0 10-500 μg with its peak area integral, r = 0.9996. The average recovery was 10 71%, and the RSD was =1 73% (n = 5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used as a method to control the quality of effective parts of anti-depression in Sini San.
