近年来凤凰卫视的社会效益、经济效益都取得了良好的效果,堪称当今商业社会中的传媒典范。但其发展过程中也存在一定的问题,其经验与教训值得我们思考。对凤凰卫视资本运作与股权运营特点、特色优势及其失误进行了分析,希望能够为其他媒体发展提供借鉴意义。
In recent years, the social benefits and economic benefits of Phoenix TV have achieved good results, making it a model for the media in today’s business community. However, there are also some problems in its development, and its experience and lessons deserve our consideration. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Phoenix TV’s capital operation and equity operation, its special advantages and its mistakes, hoping to provide references for the development of other media.
