今年11号台风于8月18日开始影响淮河流域,其中,沂沭泗流域的沂河、沭河、邳苍地区降了大暴雨到特大暴雨,暴雨中心在沂沭河中上游。由于暴雨集中,强度大,沂河、沭河、中运河相继出现较大洪峰。在洪水到达前,淮委、沂沭泗局防办作了准确的洪水预报,并精心研究了调度方案。1997年完成的水毁修复及度汛应急工程,改善了防洪工程状况,为沂沭泗水利管理局战胜台风暴雨洪水打下了良好的基础。
Typhoon 11 began to affect the Huaihe River Basin on August 18, in which the heavy rainstorms have dropped from heavy rainfall to extra-heavy rainfall in Yi River, Shuhe and Juecang areas in the Yishusi River valley, with the center of heavy rain rising in the upper reaches of the Yishu River. Due to heavy rainfall, high intensity, Yi River, Shu River, the Canal have a larger peak. Before the flood arrived, the Huai River Committee and the Yishusi Bureau of Defense made an accurate flood forecast and carefully studied the scheduling plan. The water damage repair and flood emergency project completed in 1997 improved the status of flood control works and laid a good foundation for Yishusi Water Authority to overcome typhoon storm flood.
