应用本项目组研制的茶园节水灌溉控制系统的“定时灌溉”模式,控制铁观音茶树微喷灌的间隔时间分别为5(T1处理)、10 d(T2处理),以无灌溉为对照.结果表明:T1处理下铁观音茶树的叶片水势保持在-1.70--1.90 MPa,而T2处理和CK下,不同时期茶树叶片水势的变化幅度较大;与CK相比,T1和T2处理的单叶干重分别提高32.0%和29.1%;T2处理的茶多酚含量最高,T1处理的游离氨基酸含量最高,CK的咖啡碱含量最高.可见,运用茶园节水灌溉控制系统可以有效提高铁观音茶叶的产量和品质.
Applying the “regular irrigation” mode of the tea plantation water-saving irrigation control system developed by the project team, the interval time for controlling micro-sprinkling irrigation of Tieguanyin tea tree was 5 (T1 treatment) and 10 days (T2 treatment), respectively. The results showed that the leaf water potential of Tieguanyin tea was maintained at -1.70-1.90 MPa under T1 treatment, while the changes of leaf water potential at different periods were greater under T2 and CK treatments. Compared with CK, T1 and T2 treatments The single leaf dry weight increased by 32.0% and 29.1% respectively; the content of tea polyphenols in T2 treatment was the highest, the content of free amino acids in T1 treatment was the highest and the content of caffeine in CK was the highest.It can be seen that using tea plantation water-saving irrigation control system can effectively improve Tieguanyin tea Yield and quality.
