“三长一短”现象在大型综合医院就诊过程中普遍存在,过长的等待时间增加了患者的时间和精力投入,降低了患者对医院服务质量的满意度。其中缴费等待时间长是一个十分突出的问题,患者经常需要重复排队重复等待。随着互联网技术的发展,“互联网+”的提出,移动手机、智能PC与无线网络的普及,微支付成为了解决这一问题的契机。本文通过研究微支付的发展与应用,将微支付与医院信息系统结合起来,对门诊就诊流程进行了优化,削减不必要的排队流程,并随机选取某日到达缴费处的1431位患者的排队信息,使用排队论理论对优化前后的就诊流程的各项指标进行对比,最后分析出微支付对患者缴费流程中等待时间的影响。
The phenomenon of “three long, one short” is common in the treatment of large-scale general hospitals. The long waiting time increases the time and effort of the patients and reduces the patient’s satisfaction with the service quality of the hospital. Pay long waiting time is a very prominent problem, patients often need to repeat the queue waiting repeatedly. With the development of Internet technology, the proposition of “Internet + ”, the popularization of mobile handsets, smart PCs and wireless networks, micro-payment has become an opportunity to solve this problem. By studying the development and application of micro-payment, this paper combines micro-payment with hospital information system to optimize outpatient visiting process, reduce unnecessary queuing process, and randomly select the queuing information of 1431 patients who arrived at the toll office at a certain date , Using the theory of queuing theory to compare the various indicators before and after the optimization of the treatment process, and finally analyze the impact of micro-payment on the waiting time in the patient’s payment process.
