瑞士职业教育在多年的发展历程中取得了举世瞩目的成功经验,其体系发达,人才培养独具特色,实施的“学徒制”强调在企业和职业学校两方面进行学徒培训,职业性、实战性、针对性很强。考察和分析瑞士职业教育特点,应当从办学机制、教育理念、管理模式等多维度分析,在完善中国特色的现代学徒制模式、健全法规和政策体系、建立评价机制、增加资金投入和建立师资保障等方面进行借鉴。
