在社会主义市场经济迅速发展成熟的体制下,随着社会改革开放的深入进行,新思想、文化、价值观念不断革新,冲击人们的思想观和世界观,特别是在企业中,新老员工更替时期,企业转型时期,企业员工的思想都存在巨大的变化,面临这种情况,做好企业员工思想政治工作尤为重要。企业明确员工思想政治的工作思路,积极摸索企业思想政治开展方式是本文重点要解决的问题。
With the rapid development and maturation of the socialist market economy, with the deepening of social reforms and opening up, new ideas, cultures and values are continuously being renovated to impact people’s ideological and world outlooks, especially in the enterprises and in the replacement of new and old employees In the period of enterprise transformation, there are huge changes in the thinking of employees. Facing this kind of situation, it is particularly important to do ideological and political work well for employees. The clear thinking of employees on ideological and political work and the active exploration of ways of carrying out ideological and political work are the key issues to be solved in this paper.
