中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎198例疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的方法、疗效及不良反应。方法：收集以中西医结合治疗的狼疮性肾炎１９８例，并设立有相应可比性的对照组，进行统计分析。结果：治疗组有效率达９４９％，复发率４１％，副作用发生率为３９８％；对照组有效率为８０９％，复发率为２０８％，副作用发生率达７６７％。结论：中西医结合组在提高疗效，减少复发和减轻副作用方面均明显优于西医组

Objective: To explore the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis, efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods: A total of 198 cases of lupus nephritis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were collected and a comparable control group was established for statistical analysis. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 949%, the recurrence rate was 41% and the incidence of side effects was 398%. The effective rate of the control group was 809% and the recurrence rate was 208%. The incidence of side effects reached 76  7%. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in improving efficacy, reduce recurrence and reduce side effects were significantly better than Western medicine group
