头孢塔齐定(ceftazidime)又名噻甲羧肟头孢菌素(商品名fortum),为具有抗绿脓杆菌作用的新型广谱头孢菌素。本文采用高效液相色谱法测定其血药浓度,探讨了流动相及其pH值和内标物,选择流动相为25%甲醇的0.05mol/L NH_4Ac,内标物用头孢唑啉(cefazolin),其浓度为100mg/L,建立了测定头孢塔齐定的血药浓度的条件,绘制标准曲线,得回归方程为y=0.04306x+0.03705r=0.9996。4种浓度重复30次试验,平均回收率为103.17%。并对三名自愿受试者即刻注射后定时分别取血样进行分析,所得结果与文献基本一致。
