王广才情况简介:河北省地方志办公室分管市、县(市、区)志的副主任、副编审,河北省方志专家库成员。曾任省地方志学会秘书长、《河北地方志》刊物主编、《河北年鉴》副主编。河南大学中文系毕业。长期从事文秘工作。1988年加入修志队伍,至今已23年。其间一直负责市、县(市、区)志研究和指导工作。先后撰写并在省以上方志刊物和公开出版文集中发表文章70多篇。其方志理论研究,注重理论联系实际,注重分析解决重大问题,如二轮志
