患者,男,21岁,战士。因右眶下缘反复破溃流脓2年6个月,于1992年11月2日入院。缘于1990年4月无意中被人用树枝刺伤右眼眶下部,当时仅给予局部缝合,半年后该处皮肤反复破溃流脓。入院后体检全身情况未见异常。眼部检查:视力右1.5,下睑正中近眶下缘处有凹陷性疤痕牵拉,轻压痛,无波动感;眼球向前、上方轻度突出,突眼计检查:16(?)13mm。CT检查:右眼眶横断面及冠状面眶肌
Patient, male, 21 years old, warrior. Due to repeated rupture of the right orbital edge of pus 2 years and 6 months, admitted on November 2, 1992. Due to April 1990 inadvertently being stabbed with the right eye orbital branches, was only given to the local suture, six months after the skin repeatedly ruptured pus. After admission, physical examination showed no abnormalities. Eye examination: visual acuity 1.5, the middle of the lower eyelid near the lower edge of the rim with a concave scar traction, mild tenderness, no fluctuations; eye forward, the top of the lightly prominent, exophthalmoscopy check: 16 (?) 13mm.
