2006年5月,杨小苹从浙江银监局副局长调任福建银监局局长,至当年年底这半年多的时间里,杨小苹推动完成了一项看似不可能的任务,即让福建全省71家农村信用社中的68家按照银监会要求完成了新一轮的改革。此前,银监会提出的目标是用三年时间,即在2008年底前完成对全国农村信用社统一法人的改革。性格爽直、做事果断是每一个认识杨小苹的人给她的评价,她的同事说她对工作总是充满激情和活力,这种情绪感染到她身边的每一个人。
In May 2006, Yang Xiaoping was transferred from the deputy director of Zhejiang Banking Regulatory Bureau to the director of Fujian Banking Bureau.
