广东利海集团会展度假公寓设计师:郭峰项目位于广州市海珠区,该地块处在另一小区的内部,原功能一半为居民绿地空间一半为简易停车场;虽然绿地未经过刻意的设计,但是乔木茂盛、花卉种类较多,且兼有乒乓球场棋牌活动等功能,关乎原有居民的切身利益;由于场地面积较小所以建成后道路系统等等均归属统一物业管理。
