Titanium absorbed by the human body is mainly excreted from the urine, and the determination of urinary titanium helps to understand the titanium absorption of titanium contact and the normal human metabolism of titanium. Foreign reports of hydrogen peroxide method for the determination of titanium sensitivity of 2μg, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, although the sensitivity is high, but because of titanium is not easy atomization and the formation of refractory oxide tendencies, it requires the use of high temperature and flameless method . According to my existing conditions, we use the DAM method, a slight improvement for the determination of urine titanium. Sensitivity of up to 0.1μg, the average recovery rate of 79.7%.
