新加坡,这个面积不过600多平方公里,人口不到500万,很多地区由填海形成的国家,于1965年成为独立共和国后,在教育、技术训练课程、投资策略、航天科技和环境政策的发展上,政府投入均不遗余力。今天我们很容易想到新加坡那些符号化的形象──亚洲的观光、商务和金融中心。而事实上,这个微型国家正在很多方向上经历着一场大的复兴:艺术、娱乐、运动、旅游观光、自然景点、购物,而最重要的则是:传统、创新不断融合的新美食。
