在技术环境数字化、社会需求多元化、价值取向实用化、招生模式宽泛化的社会背景下,我国图书馆学专业教育的改革迫在眉睫。从社会需求的角度就解决图书馆学专业毕业生就业存在的问题提出了宏观思路;探讨结合社会需求对图书馆学专业教育理念、教学内容(课程)、教学方式、教学手段和教学目的进行调整的具体内涵;在实践中协调图书馆学专业教育与社会需求的吻合度,提出结合国情和借鉴外国图书馆学专业教育先进经验应当采取的改革措施。
Under the social background of digitization of technical environment, diversified social needs, practical value orientation and wide enrollment mode, the reform of library science education in our country is imminent. From the angle of social demand, this article put forward the macroscopic train of thought to solve the existing problems in the employment of graduates of library science. It also discussed how to adjust the educational concept, teaching content (curriculum), teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching purposes In the practice of coordination of library science education and social needs of the degree of coincidence, put forward combining the national conditions and draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreign library science education should take the reform measures.
