目的 :调查新疆兵团各师的眼科能力资源分布情况,为眼科建设和眼健康工作提供决策依据。方法:采用问卷调查的普查方法,描述性分析全兵团的眼科能力资源分布。结果:调查医院共计16家,三级医院3家;共有眼科医生99名,可开展白内障手术的医生27名,百万人口白内障手术率(CSR)为2351;玻璃体切除器6台,眼底激光机11台,开展低视力康复服务的医院4家,设有低视力专业门诊的1家。结论:新疆兵团各师级医院眼科具备了开展眼前段常见疾病的诊治能力,均可开展白内障手术,眼底疾病的手术治疗、视光学医疗及低视力康复服务能力有待提高。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of ophthalmology resources in Xinjiang Corps and to provide decision-making basis for ophthalmology and eye health work. Methods: The survey method of census, descriptive analysis of the Corps of ophthalmology resources distribution. Results: A total of 16 hospitals and 3 hospitals were surveyed. There were 99 ophthalmologists, 27 cataract operations doctors and 2351 cataract operations per million population (CSR), 6 vitrectomy devices and fundus laser 11 hospitals, 4 low-vision rehabilitation hospitals and 1 low-vision professional clinic. CONCLUSION: The ophthalmology department of Xinjiang Corps has the capability to diagnose and treat common diseases in the anterior segment of the eye. All of them can carry out cataract surgery and surgical treatment of retinal diseases. The ability of optometrist medicine and low vision rehabilitation services needs to be improved.
