在十年前还是一片荒野的土地上,如今已建成能制造国内超大型、特种用途的工业电炉工厂——南京摄山电炉总厂,现有职工150人,1988年产值突破1000万元(人均6万元),创利税200余万元。1987年9月在全国第三次微电子技术应用大会上,我厂被国家经委、国家科委授予先进单位称号,是全国电炉行业唯一获奖单位。在众多的新兴企业中,我们依靠科技创业,依靠政策开拓,把企业引向开放经营型兼科研型,走上一条创新进取的道路。
