目的:对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定西洋参中铜含量的测量不确定度进行评定。方法:分析不确定度的来源,利用回归方程进行不确定度的评定。结果:本实验中西洋参中铜的含量为5.68 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.35 mg/kg(包含因子k=2)。结论:该评定方法在实际工作中可以作为利用回归方程计算检测结果的不确定度评定的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of FAAS determination of copper in American ginseng by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The source of uncertainty was analyzed, and the regression equation was used to evaluate the uncertainty. Results: The copper content in American ginseng was 5.68 mg / kg and the extended uncertainty was 0.35 mg / kg (including factor k = 2). Conclusion: This method can be used as a reference to assess the uncertainty of the test results by regression equation in practice.
