结合全国“火灾隐患大排查、大整改,保安全”活动,《福建省关于落实政府及其部门消防安全责任制的若干规定》近日正式发布实施。《规定》明确要求:各级人民政府应当将消防安全工作纳入任期责任目标和年度工作计划,逐级签订消防安全责任书;发生死亡10人以上的特大火灾或1年内发生2起,一次死亡6人以上重大火灾的,事故发生地的人民政府应当向省政府写出专题报告,直至作出检查……
