多年来党和国家对包头资源的开发和稀土推广应用工作十分重视,早在六十年代初,聂荣臻同志主持国家科委工作时就很关心稀土科研工作。中央各部委曾经多次联合主持召开全国性大型稀土工作会议。为了便于从事稀土生产、科研、应用工作的同志们了解我国稀土事业的发展历史,现将国家召开几次大型稀土科研和推广应用会议的时间、地点、参加人数等作一简介。
Over the years, the party and the state attach great importance to the development of Baotou resources and the promotion and application of rare earth resources. As early as the early 1960s, Comrade Nie Rongzhen was very concerned about the work of rare earth science research when he presided over the work of the State Science and Technology Commission. Central ministries have repeatedly co-chaired a national large-scale rare earth work conference. In order to facilitate the production of rare earth, scientific research, application of comrades understand the development history of China’s rare earth industry, now the state held several large-scale R & D and application of rare earth meeting time, place, number of participants for a brief introduction.
